Story of deibu

DEIBU will be a comic full of action and adventure, with a mix of comedy to bring an interesting world to life!

The story of DEIBU begins with Dave, a somewhat lazy guy with no real plans. He's soon met by an old friend, A-dub, who apparently is on the run from something or someone. Soon after, Dave is unexpectedly brought into a situation not of his choosing. Forced with a difficult decision, Dave must make a choice of either running away, or to finally get up on his feet and face whatever challenge awaits!

As they set off, Dave and A-dub will come across various people with diverse backgrounds and issues of their own. There will be plenty of struggles as the world is also in a violent transition. But they will discover new things and make new friends, and also what it is to live and what to live for. And it's through these experiences that will shape Dave into who he will become, as well as A-dub and the friends and foes that they will meet.

Characters

Dave

Dave is lazy, plain and simple. With nothing going for him, he just lives day-to-day with no real aspirations in front of him. Throughout his journey, he will grasp an understanding of the world and discover things about himself that he may have not have been aware of.

W.A. Dubman, a.k.a. A-Dub

With a troubled past, W.A. Dubman (A-dub) is on the run. Why he is being pursued is yet to be known.  A longtime friend of Dave, A-dub seeks out Dave in hopes to evade those who are after him.

Blood type System

Initially unknown to the majority of the world, it is discovered that there are more different blood types than the +/- A, B, AB, O system. Though the majority of the population are the mentioned, "common" blood types, there are those who possess these "uncommon" blood types. Those who are "uncommon" typically have certain abilities that will distinguish them from the rest of the population.

World

DEIBU will be a vibrant world with elements of both old and new technology. Cities are many and widespread, with many lawless areas in between. During their travels many different places will be explored, discovering a world full of different elements.
